“ We stopped in to check out the new spot and we’re so THRILLED to find WHOLE BELLY CLAMS on the menu!! If you’re from New England—this is the SPOT for some really fantastic WHOLE BELLY CLAMS!! The food came out QUICKLY and was hot. The French dip was pretty big and the roast beef was absolutely delicious. Tender, full of flavor and melted in my mouth! The menu has a lot of GREAT selections for all dietary needs, and the owner is from NH—so they know about FRESH SEAFOOD and how to cook it!! Great job! We’ll be back and we will tell everyone! ”
“ Our family had a wonderful dinner at Beef Sea this past Friday night! This family-owned restaurant serves dishes inspired by New England cuisine, and it absolutely shows in the quality and flavor. They were offering an all-you-can-eat fish fry—but I ordered the regular fish dinner plate and instantly wished I had gone for the all-you-can-eat! The fish was outstanding—not your typical heavy, greasy fried version. It had what I believe was a light cornmeal coating that let the natural flavor of the fish shine through without overpowering it. It was crispy, fresh, and not oily at all. We also ordered the roast beef sandwich, which was excellent—tender, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And the short ribs? Absolutely worth it. Fall-off-the-bone tender with rich, savory flavor that made them a standout dish. They offer a nice selection of New England beers, which paired perfectly with the food. The staff was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. We all left happy and full. I highly recommend Beef Sea if you’re looking for a satisfying, flavorful meal in a great local spot! ”
“ Excellent roast beef sandwiches, unusual cuisine for this area - especially the whole belly clams (delicious) and chowder. Going back today for our second meal there. We don't understand some of the low reviews when we read them, just wondering if these people writing the reviews are competitors in the area or if they are miserable people or how someone could claim to have such a bad experience at this restaurant, not making any sense to us. Service was great too - they went out of their way to be friendly and engaging. We highly recommend it, even worth a little extra drive if you're looking for somewhere different to try. ”
“ Have you ever been to a restaurant you absolutely love??? You gotta try this place out! I am a dire fan of fresh cooked rare roast beef ( that you don’t find in many places down South). So I started Googling around and came across Beef & Sea. Originally came here for a roast beef sandwich but I also had to try the whole belly clams. ( I knew I’d leave w a doggie bag) I came for lunch. Pleasant atmosphere, very clean and it had a small bar ( beer and wine) that I migrated to. Since I’ve never had a whole belly clam, I asked it I could try one. Fortunately for me Debbie my server asked and within minutes, I had 1 whole belly clam in front of me. All I can say is I couldn’t leave without ordering some!!! Delectable, crunchy and very delicately light. I also order a jr roast beef sandwich. OMG! It melted in my mouth...it was sooo good!! I know I’m gonna have dreams about this place luring me to come back Linda and Dan (owners) have got to be the nicest people. My waitress Debbie was also very personable and fun to talk to. Very reasonably priced, portions are ample, fresh delicious menu, owner run, friendly staff...I think that checks all the boxes!!! I will bring the family with me next time!! “ I came here with my mom, and we order the loaded baked potato skins, mild wings, skyway burger and the shrimp boat. Everything was delicious and my mom is typically picky but she especially loved the wings, shrimp boat, and potato skins. I had the skyway burger and it was simply delicious. I even ordered the Beef nachos and another order of loaded baked potatoes to-go. Definitely a great place to check out if you want affordable, delicious food! ”
“ Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The quality of the roast beef and pastrami was superior to meat from many other restaurants. Ingredients were fresh. The food was delivered hot. I detest onions, but like onion rings. I asked the server what she would recommend, and she recommended the onion rings. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They are hand battered in-house, and the batter was perfectly seasoned and not too thick. Hands down the best onion rings I've ever eaten. The rolls were fresh, tasty, and the perfect compliment to the pastrami and roast beef. The prices are great! Actually, the prices are low, considering the quality of the products. It's honestly less expensive and far better for you than rolling through a drive-thru. They do take phone orders, so you can call in and take your order to go. They are pet friendly and have outside seating, too. Check them out! ”

“ Amazing. We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. First, it was absolutely spotless, second, the owners are on site and wonderful, third, the food was excellent. We had the 1/2 portion of beef nachos and it was huge, fresh, and delicious. Then we split a dinner order of the whole belly (yes real fresh whole belly) clams and they were delicious. Topped it off with a side of home made onion rings and we were happy campers. We are definitely going back to sample more of this menu! ”
